How To Join

Any residential or commercial & industrial buildings are eligible to enroll in the Programme free of charge.

Applications must be made by the property management companies, owners' incorporations, mutual aid committees or residents' committees. In addition, any applicants who have obtained or intended to apply for the funding of the Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF) to purchase the waste separation facilities to be installed at the building floors are also eligible to enroll in this Programme. However, the waste separation bins, if granted, should only be placed at the ground floor.

Interested parties should provide the following documents:

1. Application Forms and Undertakings (retrievable at: Environmental Resources and Forms)
2. Floor plan(s) of the estate/building indicating the proposed location(s) for placing the waste separation bins
3. Photo(s) of the proposed location(s) for placing the waste separation bins

And these documents should be returned to the ECC Secretariat by email (ppssw@eeb.gov.hk), or fax (2909 9514), or mail (5/F, Southorn Centre, 130 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong).
