The former Wan Chai Environmental Resource Centre has been transformed into the "kNOw Carbon House" after renovation and is now available for public to schedule a visit. With the theme of carbon neutrality, the new "kNOw Carbon House" aims to raise public awareness on the subject through a wide variety of interactive experiences and educational activities, including guided tour, green activities and interactive games, etc. Apart from honouring the original architecture and preserving some of the historical items from the century-old Old Wan Chai Post Office, the new "kNOw Carbon House" also provides multimedia educational materials to make your visits more delightful. The well-known mascot "Big Waster" is in the House to introduce low-carbon living tips in respect of "clothing, food, living and travel" to help us understand how we can explore sustainable lifestyle in daily life, striving together to achieve carbon neutrality.
The "kNOw Carbon House" is now accepting reservations for individual and group visits. For more details, please visit the "kNOw Carbon House" website.
